💭 ғʀᴏᴍ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴏᴍᴀɴᴀɪʀᴇ whew. my favorite part was definitely “spirituality is your actual reality”. a lot of times we connect with others on every single level except spiritually (internally) + wonder why we end up not truly knowing the person. in relationships, if we took more time to rest the heart + heartbeat of an individual, i think we would save ourselves from hurt + we would align ourselves with those meant to be in our lives.
