Born unto man.
Savior of mankind.
First and the last.
King of all kings.
Our greatest gift.
Jesus.
There are times when studying Jesus can cause intimidation. So many questions, and it may seem like there’s not enough answers but once I switched my perspective of who Jesus was called to be for believers I realized that he was more relatable than I thought.
He was gifted, the most gifted and in any and every instance he showed how to live by the spirit in this natural realm. Jesus was and has always been our example.
Jesus the Teacher
Jesus the Healer
Jesus the Prophet
Jesus the Evangelist
Jesus the Pastor
We all can take a look at this list and identify with at least one of these gifting. The interesting thing is Jesus showed all of these gifts on different levels. From speaking in large crowds to multiplying food for thousands one thing was made clear. Your God given gift is limitless.
1. Corinthians 3:16 states “Know ye not that ye are a temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you”. Many of us think that our gifts are only bound to a church house but Jesus constantly showed that your gifts will make room for you in any setting that you find yourself in.
One of the greatest gifts that Jesus has given us is the gift of multiplication. We were never meant to follow in his footsteps blindly, we were meant to do as he did and more through the submission of our gifts to the will of God.
You don’t have to have it figured it out, you dont even have to know exactly what it’s going to look like you just have to know that you’re an extension of an already finished work. He was so that we could be.
