C O M P L I C A T I O N S OF SISTERHOOD 🤍
There are quite a few things that can cause complications in a sisterhood but I believe a lot of things can be avoided if we seek to have understanding, rather than assuming each other’s intentions and feelings.
ᴍᴀɪɴ sᴏᴜʀᴄᴇ ᴏғ ᴏᴜʀ sɪsᴛᴇʀʜᴏᴏᴅ
God will always direct you on how to respond in a situation, but you also have to be willing to first listen & receive what he is teaching you.

a friend loves at all times, and a sɪsᴛᴇʀ is born for a time of adversity

a true friend will love no matter what, but when adversity (bad times) come, they become as close as a brother or sister

there are times in our relationship we say things prematurely, not acknowledging the other person’s feelings & we are quick to react out of our emotions.
I’ve learned that it’s better to acknowledge the other person’s feelings. I’ve learned that one of the biggest strengths to sisterhood is ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴜɴɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴ! As females sometimes we find it hard to express ourselves, not only to each other but in general, and we so often make the mistake of brushing off others feelings if they are not our own.
Learn to honor when someone trusts you with their emotions, the last thing you want is to be ʀᴇᴊᴇᴄᴛᴇᴅ by someone that you consider a sister. Allow your sisterhood to be a safe space for each of you to communicate how you feel despite if you both agree with each other or not.
Walk with them ɪɴ ʟᴏᴠᴇ & ask God for guidance in how to handle that person or if you should be walking with them at all.
