Payment serves as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to all project policies.
These policies exist to protect your project, your timeline, and the integrity of the design process so that every client receives excellent, intentional work. I can't wait to work with you!
I UNDERSTAND THAT
Design services are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you choose not to continue with a project, you may decline further services, but no refund will be issued.
Revisions are included during the design phase only. Once a design has been approved and finalized, any further edits will be billed as an additional service.
Turnaround begins after all required content is submitted.

Standard Turnaround: 3–5 business days
Expedited Turnaround: 2–3 business days (+ rush fee)
Same-Day Turnaround: available when schedule allows (+ rush fee)
Projects $1,000 or less must be paid in full before work begins.

Projects over $1,000 require a 70% deposit to start.

Remaining balances are due before final files are delivered or websites are launched.
All design services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
